CT Building Dorset Ltd has over 25 years of experience in barn conversions, extensions and heritage building work. But their old website wasn't bringing in enquiries, while the cost of their marketing kept going up. Six months ago, Clive asked Blu Digital Designs to start again.

CT Building Dorset Ltd, run by Clive from Mappowder near Sturminster Newton, covering a 30-mile radius across Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire.

The challenge: paying more, getting nothing
Clive's previous website simply wasn't working. It brought in no enquiries, yet his marketing fee kept increasing. For a builder whose work speaks for itself, with stunning barn conversions and heritage projects across North Dorset, the website wasn't doing that work justice, or helping the right clients find him.
What we did
A complete rebuild on Divi
We rebuilt the website from the ground up: fast, mobile-friendly and easy to update, with dedicated pages for barn conversions, driveways and landscaping, a clear service area, and a free quote form on every key page.
Revamped content
We rewrote the content to position CT Building as premium builders for architects and homeowners planning ambitious projects, leading with 25+ years of local heritage, quality materials like Dorset flint and stone, and the towns they cover.
Monthly articles
In-depth articles every month on the projects Clive wants more of, from planning a luxury barn conversion and Class Q to single versus double-storey extensions and slate roof upgrades. Each one answers real questions people search for, on Google and in AI tools.
Social media and Google
Regular social media posts and Google Business Profile updates showing real projects, like the Old Coach House in Pimperne, so CT Building stays visible to people planning their next build.
