New Client Offer Agreement
Please read these terms, then complete and sign the form below.
1. About this agreement
This agreement is between Mrs Charlotte Cobb, trading as Blu Digital Designs ("we") and the business named in the form below ("you"). You are signing as a business, not as a consumer.
2. When it starts
This offer is for new clients who sign by 30 November 2026. We work with one business per trade in each area and have 3 spaces. The agreement starts when Charlotte confirms your space by email or WhatsApp.
3. Your offer
Marketing only: £200 a month for 6 months, £1,200 in total.
Marketing + website: £300 a month for 12 months, £3,600 in total.
4. What we provide
Both offers include:
- Weekly Google Business posts
- 8 social media posts a month
- 1 website article a month, written for local search
- Website care plan: updates, security scans and firewall, off-site backups, uptime monitoring and a short monthly report
- Up to 30 minutes of website edits a month
- Trade exclusivity in your area while this agreement is active
- Quarterly check-in and report
The Marketing + website offer also includes a Trade Starter website with up to 5 pages: home, services, gallery of your work, about and contact. It is mobile-friendly, with WhatsApp and call buttons, and set up for Google. We will agree a build timetable once we have your content.
Marketing only: hosting and your domain name stay in your name and you pay for them directly.
Marketing + website: hosting is included during your 12-month term, and your website sits on our hosting account. Your domain name stays in your name and you pay for it directly.
5. What we need from you
You agree to send photos of your work and details of your jobs, and to check your website before it goes live. You confirm that you have the right to use anything you send us.
6. Payment
You pay monthly by Direct Debit through GoCardless. We will send you a secure link to set this up, so please do not enter bank details on this form. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, we may pause work until it is.
On the Marketing + website offer, if a payment is still unpaid 14 days after we give you written notice, we may suspend your website until all overdue payments are made.
7. After your fixed term
When your 6 or 12 months end, your marketing plan continues at £250 a month until either of us gives 30 days' notice.
On the Marketing + website offer, hosting is no longer included after your 12 months. You can move your website to your own hosting, with no charge from us for handing it over, or stay on our hosting for a monthly fee we agree with you.
8. Leaving early
You are committing to the full fixed term. If you end this agreement early, the remaining monthly payments for that term are still due. Either of us may end the agreement if the other seriously breaks it and does not put it right within 14 days of being asked. If you end it because of our serious breach, no further payments are due.
9. Ownership
Marketing only: your website, domain, photos and accounts are yours.
Marketing + website: your domain, photos and accounts are yours. The website we build becomes yours once it has been paid for in full.
If you leave, we will hand everything over once any money owed under this agreement has been paid.
10. Extra work
Anything outside this agreement is quoted first and charged at £45 an hour, with a minimum of one hour.
11. Results
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, enquiries or sales.
12. Liability
Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Your information
We use your details to deliver this agreement, as explained in our privacy policy.
14. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
