Weddings in Devon you ask?
When you work with a group of amazing people to create a beautiful shoot in a fabulous location this is how it turns out! Also please be aware I am only a second shooter first in command was the amazing Sarah Hall.
Having been on the other side of a photoshoot with invitations and on-the-day stationery I gave photography a whirl as I would love to build on my portfolio.
How did it all come about?
Can you remember how I shared the website I built for List (Ceremonies With Lisa) recently? Well, she is an AMAZING organiser of people! She took it upon herself to arrange this shoot at Beer Caves, Devon.
Lisa networks like a ninja! and pulled the following suppliers together:
Chris Powell who is also known as Diamond Film Weddings was the videographer.
Laura Ettery who was the brilliant makeup artist (I wish Laura followed me around!)
The bridal wear was supplied by Bridal Reloved in Street, they supplied three beautiful dresses that really fitted with the shoot that Lisa had planned.
I need to give a special mention to The Byes Blossom Blooms who supplied the florals, I cannot get over how stunning they were, so very natural with a beautiful silk ribbon that fitted with the theme of the shoot perfectly.
Hellen Follett (F#) and her band provided the tunes, from The Killers covers to Amy Winehouse. If you are looking for a band to wow your guests, add these to the shortlist!
The other suppliers that attended but I never managed to shoot were Inviting Memories and Toastrack
A BIG thanks
Apart from those who I have mentioned above, I would like to say a huge thank you to Sarah Hall Photography for taking me under her wing and looking after me professionally for the afternoon.
I hope you have enjoyed my photographs of the shoot, I want to say a huge thank you to Sarah Hall Photography for taking me under her wing and helping me to create a gallery to be proud of!
Also a big thanks to our bride and groom (for the day)Tamia Carmen and Jacob Enticott. They both did an amazing job and played their parts brilliantly.
Last but not least, the biggest thanks goes to the ladies who kept everything looking perfect, Helen and Kate! The afternoon ran smoothly because of you!
For me, I love being part of a celebration, I love capturing the details that may be missed. For me, photography is a hobby first. If an opportunity arose that allowed me to be creative with my photography and capture the little elements I would jump at the chance.
Thank you Lisa for including me. Thank you other suppliers for making me feel so welcome.
